Edu. labor union in Oklohoma immorally silences fiscal conservatives
A group of citizens petition to cap state govt. spending increases (based on natural population growth/inflation), and the OK Education Assn. issues emails containing a plan of action that includes trying to get petitioners kicked out of commercial areas with false complaints.
