I especially like his special rules for legislators at 2:40.
Don't know if I agree with mandated universal service, but this guy is RIGHT ON about a lot.
This must have been paid for by the tea companies.
OH DERN I'm on a list now.
"Fallout of Serbia Bombing 'Continues to Kill'" - via Global Research
Nebojsa Srbljak, a physician from the Kosovan town Mitrovica, which still has a large Serb population, has spoken of a tenfold rise in leukemia cases. 'Leukemia among children in Kosovo was at the rate of one per thousand before 1999,' he told media representatives. 'Since 1999, it rose to 1 percent.'

“My Plan for Bad Bank Assets (to) increase the flow of credit and expand liquidity..." - Timothy Geithner
Geithner's plan just shifts debt from lenders to taxpayers "where it will sit until the government finally admits that a major portion will never be paid back."
Wonderful article
"The dollar drops back as China's proposal for an IMF alternative gains ground" - via UK Guardian
"The debate about a global reserve currency run by the International Monetary Fund was sparked by a proposal from China this week.
The dollar tumbled last night when Geithner said he was "quite open" to a Chinese suggestion that the world should move towards greater use of an IMF-created global currency basket of dollars, euros, sterling and yen."

"...$1 trillion for Bernanke's TALF and another trillion for Geithner's so called 'Public-Private Partnership'..."
The TALF and the 'Public-Private Partnership are another slap in the face of the international community. They violate the spirit and the letter of the G-20 communique. It will be interesting to see if foreign holders of US Treasurys endure this latest insult in silence or if there's a sudden stampede for the exits. There's a sense that the world is getting fed up with the Fed's financial chicanery and would like to chart a different course. Enough is enough.

Cincinatti Tea Party
"I bet there's 5,000 people here and they're mad, just as I'm mad. They have a right to be mad at the unbridled spending that's happening in Washington," ...."The money you have now will be worth half as much next year, if they keep spending this money. They've got to stop spending this money," ...
Now look at this beautiful lady...

Check Engine Lights
I have a 99 Toyota Solara...the check engine light stays on when it's housed in Gwinnett County, metro Atlanta. But when I drive back home to the mountains, it goes off! And we don't even require emissions tests here.
When we recently drove to Waynesville/Pisgah Forest area though, it came on again. And then turned back off upon returning to Jasper.
It's probably just traveling long distances but who knows.

"...a substantial degree of polarization so early in the administration..."
Polling data show that Mr. Obama's approval rating is dropping and is below where George W. Bush was in an analogous period in 2001.
...Eighty-two percent say they are worried about the amount of money being added to the deficit. Seventy-eight percent are worried about inflation growing, and 69% say they are worried about the increasing role of the government in the U.S. economy....
First of all polls are ridiculous. I'm sure half of the people hardly knew or understood what they were agreeing to answer. But at least it's obvious to everyone that the current direction of our country needs to be reversed. Hopefully we can do something about it, but I just don't see it happening through legal reform. Was that seditious? God bless I hope not.

"China 'worried' about US Treasury holdings"
"We have made a huge amount of loans to the United States. Of course we are concerned about the safety of our assets. To be honest, I'm a little bit worried," [Chinese Premier] Wen said at a news conference following the closing of China's annual legislative session. "I would like to call on the United States to honor its words, stay a credible nation and ensure the safety of Chinese assets."

Europe even thinks we're going too far
"Finance ministers from the 27-nation bloc insisted in Brussels that it was doing enough to support world demand and did not need at present to adopt another fiscal stimulus plan, as Washington is urging."This is a really neat newspaper. I love the use of "temporarily" in the big headline. This copy is worth $350. I should get newspapers for my grandkids more often. They can sell each one for 45 billion Amerieuroyuan.

Obama laments that some are "...throwing the word 'socialist' around..."
via Washington Times
Opening the unusual presidential call to reporters by saying that there was 'just one thing I was thinking about as I was getting on the copter,' [Prez Obama] said it wasn't he who started the federal government's intervention into the nation's financial system.
'I did think it might be useful to point out that it wasn’t under me that we started buying a bunch of shares of banks. It wasn’t on my watch. And it wasn’t on my watch that we passed a massive new entitlement -– the prescription drug plan -- without a source of funding...
...
'And the thing I constantly try to emphasize to people if that coming in, the market was doing fine, nobody would be happier than me to stay out of it...'
Yeah, right. Except for the fact that your whole campaign and appeal have relied on convincing people that they will be taken care of by the government.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!” - Samuel Adams
I like this article about Obama supporters & mass hysteria.
Also, I wonder if most people who support "Change" via Obama would claim to want to "Free Tibet?" Governments that control trains, ports, and livelihoods also kill anyone who opposes them. It has now been 50 years since the Dalai Lama was exiled - read his recent comments.

"Georgia Guidestones Vandalized" - via infowars.org
I wish someone could have defaced these stones in an educated fashion!
"The origin of that strange monument is shrouded in mystery because no one knows the true identity of the man, or men, who commissioned its construction. All that is known for certain is that in June 1979, a well-dressed, articulate stranger visited the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company and announced that he wanted to build an edifice to transmit a message to mankind. He identified himself as R. C. Christian, but it soon became apparent that was not his real name. He said that he represented a group of men who wanted to offer direction to humanity, but to date, almost two decades later, no one knows who R. C. Christian really was, or the names of those he represented.
THE MESSAGE OF THE GEORGIA GUIDESTONES
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.
10.Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature."
